At first, I was quite nervous and didn’t feel very confident about the procedure. However, as soon as Kylie started explaining the process and what to expect, she immediately put me at ease. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing.

I chose to have the procedure without numbing cream, and to my surprise, I hardly felt any discomfort at all. As soon as the treatment was finished, I could already see excellent results.

I would definitely recommend Kylie to anyone considering skin tag removal , ACP Treatment ..

I can see why she is in charge of running the clinic. I have had many microneedling and chemical peel treatments with Ellen and whilst I kept going back because she was so patient, skilled and knowledgeable, I also always enjoyed the little chats we'd have and the giggles. She always made the whole experience enjoyable. I am now a patient with the dermatology doctor and miss the ladies on the other side of the clinic! Leigh was very reassuring and approachable in making the whole experience comfortable. She even gave me a feel for the laser before my appointment in September by removing one cherry angioma. Now that’s great customer expectations!  I have an appointment booked for September!

Am I a suitable candidate for treatment with SkinXcell?

SkinXcell is a non-invasive treatment with no clinical downtime and only mild skin side effects, particularly when medical micro-needling is utilised. However, we always recommend that you attend a pre-treatment consultation here at London Real Skin. This allows us to evaluate your skin concerns and review your medical history, ensuring that the treatment is safe and effective for you.

Number of treatments required?

This depends on the specific skin concern. It is recommended to have between three and six treatments for optimal results.

Is an anaesthetic required?

A topical anaesthetic can be applied before the medical micro-needling treatment, and the multi-depth control option enables us to customise the treatment to your sensitivity. The cryo cooling tool for post-treatment skin cooling and soothing assists in managing any side effects after the RF treatment.

When will I see results?

Some patients may notice results within two to three weeks following their initial treatment. As the treatment course progresses, the effects of collagen regeneration within your skin will further enhance its tone, texture, and luminosity. Maintenance treatments are advised every six to twelve months to ensure lasting results.
