COSMETIC SURGERY LONDON

At London Real Skin we offer a range of cosmetic surgery procedures for the face and body that provide high quality natural results. Procedures include:

  • Cosmetic surgery consultations
  • Blepharoplasty (upper)
  • Scar revision
  • Split Earlobes
  • Mole removal

An Upper Blepharoplasty (Upper Eyelid Lift) is a specialist eyelid surgery procedure to remove the folds of loose skin and bulges of fat which sit over the upper eyelids, to produce a more youthful, less-tired appearance. As a result of the egeing process and loss of elasticity in the skin, the skin and muscles around the eye weaken and stretch resulting in an accumulation of loose skin and fat resulting in a hooded appearance of the upper eyelid skin (eye bags). This can be a genetic trait, and can be accelerated through sun-exposure, weight-loss and smoking.

Scar Revision (Scar Reduction or Scar Removal), is a surgical procedure to improve the appearance of existing scars. Scarring can be caused by injury, previous medical procedures or surgery or trauma. It can have a long-lasting impact on people’s self esteem and confidence, and may affect what one wears or activities they feel comfortable taking part in. Depending on the severity and appearance of the scar, Mr Nick Pantelides may be able to improve the appearance of the scar or remove it completely. All procedures carry a risk of scarring, so your original scar may be replaced with a smaller, less conspicuous scar. Scar Revision aims to improve the colour, texture, size and shape of your original scar.

Split earlobe surgery is a cosmetic surgical procedure to repair a split, ripped, torn or elongated earlobe. The procedure improves the cosmetic appearance of the area and can help where the hole is at risk of being continually snagged.

Moles, skin tags and warts are extremely common. They can occur on any part of the skin. When they are in a high profile area like your face, or back or breasts, they can affect your self assurance, making you feel less confident. Surgical mole removal removes the mole or lesion. Although moles for cosmetic removal tend to be benign, all moles removed are sent off for pathology review to confirm they are not cancerous.
